That is really great of you. Nowadays many people are struggling to give up smoking but since they are addicted to it they could not quit. So this would be helpful for everyone who are addicted to smoking.

cold turkey quit smoking method
Hi, a well written post.
Can you tell me what you think of challenge events that promote cessation such as
the ones run in Quebec & Ontario
I am in the process of launching a quit smoking challenge here in Australia this year
called the Quitober Challenge where we actively promote unassisted cessation or cold turkey as it is the
most successful method by ex-smokers when quitting (see link below to paper from the Uni of Sydney).
We hope redress the imbalance of information being given by pharmacuitecal companies
and NGO counselling services & quit lines.
And using a campaign to encourage participation in cessation during October is our method.
Of course we encourage smokers to quit beyond October.

Smoking can bring happiness thrill in the beginning but the person addicted to smoking gets severly inflicted to stress because of major diseases such as lung cancer and injured respirtory system that leads to fatal results.

My father is struggling with many health disorders. He is a regular smoker. He stopped smoking but still his lungs are very weak and he is facing many health problems. Is there any ways to get rid off it???? Does anyone know about it????

I was addicted to smoking and quit smoking as I got introduced to new electronic smoking method. This impressed me and I am able to enjoy the smoking with safe health. Thanks to electronic smoking.
